Waikiki Beach in Hawaii
My wonderful husband surprised me, on our 17th wedding anniversary, with a trip to Hawaii. The time we spent on the island was better than I imagined it would be ...clear water, beautiful scenery and great people. A dream come true for this photographer. We spent seven days exploring the island and just relaxing.
Diamond Head
Diamond Head State Monument was a must see on my list, to O'ahu. We acually walked from our hotel to the monument. There's a tunnel that you enter on the outside that takes you straight to the 350 acre crater. They say to give yourself 1.5 to 2 hours to hike and take in the breath taking scenery. On the way back down, you can purchase a fresh cut coconut drink! The entire experience is pretty amazing.
